The booking process was easy and straightforward. Their attentiveness and availability were more than efficient. The technician, Orlando, was on time, very kind, and super knowledgable. He did a superior job. We moved into a new home that we love and now feel extra happy and relieved knowing our carpet has been disinfected, treated, and even protected for future longevity with their extensive cleaning process. I feel happy about giving Nora my business, since she is such a caring, sweet person. We will forever use this company for all our carpet care needs!!

Nora, one of the owners, provided excellent customer service. Max was friendly, a good communicator & knowledgeable. He was thorough and did a great job in eliminating the terrible cat urine from a sleeper couch. He saved the couch!

Woohoo AWESOME!!! Walking back into the house after Chem-Dry of Reno finished felt like a personal victory. The carpets were clean, the pet pee stains/odor was gone, the bright white area rug looked shockingly white again, and our home officially felt adult-approved. Like, real adults. With standards.

We’re located in NW Reno, and Chem-Dry of Reno is our regular carpet cleaner, which says a lot because we only commit to things that consistently save us from ourselves. I actually spotted one of their trucks in our neighborhood recently and it instantly reminded me that yes, I can live in a clean house again. Growth.

This visit included carpet cleaning upstairs and downstairs, plus a few bonus challenges. We have a very sweet little dog who occasionally leaves what I can only describe as a revenge pee in the closet after long trips. Add to that our bright white area rug. I know. Bold choice. My wife and I convinced ourselves that since it’s just us and the dog, we could adult like this. Turns out adulthood is fragile.

We are also not a leave-your-shoes-at-the-door household. Who has that kind of discipline? Over time, our shoes left black rubber marks all over the rug, which really brought the whole room together in the worst way.

From start to finish, Chem-Dry of Reno was awesome. The owners, Nora and James, are genuinely great people and run a top-notch operation. Orlando was the technician who took care of us this time, and he was fantastic. Professional, thorough, and very clear about the process.

One thing I really appreciated was that he provided a clear quote at the beginning. No surprise charges, no mysterious add-ons, and no inflated pricing after the fact. I knew exactly what would be cleaned and what it would cost, which instantly lowered my blood pressure.

The results speak for themselves. The carpets are clean, the pet accident odor is gone, and the white rug is feeling confident again.

We will absolutely keep using Chem-Dry of Reno. Next time, we plan to have them clean our dryer vents and touch up a stain on a red couch, because now that the house looks this good, we are feeling ambitious.
